We discuss the state of enterprise software in the middle of 2023 with the end of the COVID pandemic and the return to in-person events, the excitement around Generative AI and the realization that both SAP and Oracle in different ways have bounced back very nicely. We also discuss my observation that we have entered a new stage with vertical edge applications, with emerging global economies, with more custom development with low-code tools and with the infusion of AI.
