After sitting out SAP’s event the last few years I am going to the event next week for a couple of days.
Here’s why:
I have been getting requests to update SAP Nation. I have to been reluctant to do so without SAP’s involvement. While I get plenty of customer and competitor input about SAP from my advisory work, I would like to present a much more balanced perspective.
So I approached SAP with some ideas, including attending some sessions in Orlando and hearing directly from Bill McDermott, other executives and customers. They have kindly agreed.
SapphireNow is usually a superb production. So, I also hope to also pick up on event innovations like I did at the show a few years ago – see this post and I recently did with SuiteWorld
Look forward to running into several readers there. It’s been a while!
