Nice title to this article, but a bit misleading since no buyers appear to have been actually interviewed.

It does provide a variety of vendor perspectives - cites executives from 9 service providers. Ironically, in a fragmented outsourcing sector where the largest vendor has 10% market share, most warn against “multi-sourcing”.

That, right there, putting too many eggs in one basket should qualify as one big area of risk for buyers!
