Larry Ellison may mock clouds, but as Frank Scavo and I visited a booths at Oracle OpenWorld (he has a video here) we found amazon has the booth closest to the entrance in Moscone West, salesforce.com has one of the largest booths and a Mini-car giveaway contest (with a whole convoy zipping around the event), Wipro had a "cloud pavilion" where Oracle itself had a booth and NetSuite is hosting a party.
The salesforce.com booth diplomatically calls it "best of both worlds". I think Cloud 9 is a better moniker - sorry that would be #oow09 for the Twitter cloud
