Too optimistic?
Japan has traditionally been a complex, mostly-custom developed applications market – beyond the unique Kanji and local regulatory requirements.
But salesforce.com has shown with its success in Japan over several years, and NTT is showing with its Zoho initiative – that for a change, Japan may be leading other global markets in cloud adoption.
