I have written several favorable blogs on China on both this and the New Florence blog – but Tom Formeski is right to raise the issues he does on the Tiananmen anniversary.
China is clearly still an adolescent when it comes to political democracy – even as it is an economic wunderkind - and it behooves us to not give in to its tantrums and pouting behavior even 20 years after that shocking incident.
