You have Oracle and Wipro offering BPO to the mid-market. And then there is Intuit acquiring Pay Cycle
Of course, they are coming at it from extreme ends of the “middle market”, but like I said in my comment back to Phil Fersht, we are about to see many more SaaS and cloud offerings which compete with and complement BPO offerings in that segment of the market.
