We seem to have forgotten tech sectors mercilessly churn their leaders every few years.
I presented at Cognizant’s Community event a few months ago on the theme of Disruption in Technology and I used the following set up slides to make Bob’s points (click on each to make larger) - and then went on to talk about 10 major disruptive trends I see coming.
And of course, living in Florida I used the analogy of hurricanes. Believe me, a few years without a major storm and we forget about their intensity...it's the same with technology disruption.
