The answers from 3 SAP customers "We don't use iPhones given our email heavy culture" "We use clouds in R&D scenarios" "We use SaaS for pilots and small country implementations"
SAP "Our job is to translate buzzwords into products"
Surreal -I would love to see Benioff after ten years of toiling, Jobs after one of the most successful product introductions ever, Bezos after unleashing one of the most disruptive forces which will transform not just retail react to their innovations being characterized as toys and buzzword.
As Brian Sommer likes to say, SAP and its customers are more conservative than the John Birch society...
