If you work in their accounting, leave it off your resume
NY Times on the debate: Even if you are great at World of Warcraft leave it off your resume, warn recruiters. Some VCs on the other hand say - brag about it.
If you work in Blizzard's billing and AR, though I would be afraid to show that on my resume baesd on my family's experience.
We signed up for WoW 3 years ago - could not make it work on a brand-new media configured PC, even after several services call with Verizon and a $ 250 bill from a local technician who tinkered with the network and PC settings.
Yet even after years after we canceled, they faithfully bill my Amex card each quarter. I dispute with Amex, which has escalated with them multiple times, but no one in Blizzard billing will take action.
I thought snail's pace accounting disappeared with the fall of the Soviet Union:)
