So, Debra Lilley, also from the UK over for Oracle OpenWorld in San Francisco, sends out an SOS while stuck in the electronic "stairway" at her hotel: "get-me-out-of-this-lift-please-stuck-in-lift-11-at-the-marriott" .
Lift? No wonder it took her 92 minutes to get rescued :)
