When the EIs met SAP co-CEO Leo Apotheker he proudly invoked the "mittelstand"customer base in German speaking Europe.
He is probably a bit more subdued today as this generally loyal customer base is saying "nein" to SAP's proposed higher maintenance costs.
And this customer base has not even listened to my broken record on the how empty maintenance calories tend to be.
