Now that Mr. Icahn has been allowed to nominate 3 directors to our Board, we need to ensure they follow the expense guidelines we outlined here, with 2 changes outlined below:
a) Given the increased volume of traffic we expect to HQ , we are in negotiations with the 2 Motel 6s to get a corporate rate of $ 52.46 a night plus tax. Till that is finalized, please reimburse up to $ 62.30 plus tax a night - the hotel's web rate
b) The IRS has increased mileage, effective July 1, to 58.5 cents a mile
Every thing else remains the same.
