As the XP era reaches an end-of-life milestone, the WSJ blog runs a post about a Sanford Bernstein report which says CIOs are saying no to both Vista and iPhones. And almost all the comments are about the iPhone.
Poor Vista - apparently no one even wants to comment about it, let alone upgrade to it.
