asks a New York Times article.
What is remarkable is I cannot remember the last time I heard "enterprise software" and "too cheap" in the same sentence.
The article suggests Google is not concerned enough about its partners. I have written before many times, your customer is your real partner. If VARs, systems integrators, consultants, contractors, communities, outsourcers can make money along the way by showing value, great.
But they cannot and should not be Google's or any other vendor's first priority.
