so says Brian Sommer as he chides Apple for not having negotiated with AT&T a better deal for consumers for iPhone service.
I calculated the TCO of an iPhone over a 5 year period for a traveling executive or parent with a teenager in this post here. After a house or a car, it could be the 3rd most expensive investment a person makes.
Having known Brian over the years,I absolutely believe he will hang on to his Nokia. He is not cheap, but you definitely have to show him value. Like how he could get the phone unlocked and be able to use China Mobile as his carrier in the US -)
