Oracle announces support for Red Hat customers. NetCustomer ran a WSJ ad this week timed alongside Oracle OpenWorld announcing "75% off your Oracle support costs". If I had gone to the events, folks from TomorrowNow and Rinimi, which also offer third party support for Oracle customers, wanted to brief me.
