Jeff Nolan of SAP analyzes Oracle's claim that they beat SAP 585 times in the last fiscal year. At Sapphire, SAP told me about how many Oracle customers were either looking to move to SAP products or at least move maintenance to its TomorrowNow offering.
In the telecom sector, customer acquisitions from competitors are called "churn". I am not a great cook, but would think you need a Pot for that?
