New York State Attorney Eliot Spitzer is quoted in Business 2.0 as saying

"Never write when you can talk.
Never talk when you can nod.
And never put anything in an e-mail"

He has gone after Wall Street, mutual funds and other industries in a big way. Wonder when the tech sector shows in his cross-hairs. The federal government has not had a great track record against Microsoft, Oracle ...that in itself may be a challenge for him. In an interview last year, talking about voids left by federal regulators in various areas he said "If you guys aren't doing it, I will".

Just do not expect him to blog about it.
