It is good to see IBM, Microsoft, SAP and other tech execs blog...and ditto for EDS...
EDS's is called the "Next Big Thing" - but from the posts hard to tell if EDS itself has consensus on what that means. There is also little about what EDS is doing to help clients with their Next Big thing (other than some links to some case studies which are really more mainstream outsourcing than cutting edge).
It is good to see them blog, but for a global $ 20 b technology behemoth with a thought leader like Charlie Feld, I think they can do much better. At least with SAP you get Shai's periodic fireworks and with IBM you get Irving's musings...
It would be nice to see how they are innovating in their own delivery. Be nice to hear what they are doing about utility computing. How their global delivery model is evolving and how they are handling cultural issues. Where in their view is BPO heading - do they have a position on the big process debate we have been having this week. Heck, be nice to hear about GM, Perot and other defining entities in EDS's storied past...
