The McKinsey Quarterly has an article on India's offshoring future and challenges. It reiterates the points I made about India's physical and educational infrastructure issues. McKinsey is very well regarded in the Indian software industry and Nasscom has McKinsey consultants present at several conferences. Hopefully Indian politicians read it too.
