We in the tech industry could become so much better about honoring what is giving to us in confidence...we could dramatically reduce the meaningless NDAs we all argue over and sign...entrepreneurs do not trust VCs with their business plans, acquirees are skeptical in M&A deals starting off discussions on the wrong foot, customers do far more due diligence around vendors...for as sophisticated our industry is, it could be so much smarter about this...
