says one of the slides in Intacct's Winter 2009 briefing pack
Darn, it feels good to see a company zooming along when there is so much doom and gloom in tech world
Life is indeed good as Dan Druker, SVP of Marketing summarized:
- In addition to the usual stream of upgrades from QuickBooks, Intacct is starting to see defections from the Oracle and NetSuite customer base
- the product already rich in functionality for its price gets global consolidations – at a fraction of what the big ERP vendors charge and so easy "a caveman could do it"
- the product has more eye candy with a Flex driven user interface
- as I have written before the reseller channel is booming
- the complementary application program is growing nicely with players like QuickArrow, Adaptive Planning and several payroll services bureaus like ADP and Paychex - and of course, the continuing big partner salesforce.com
