Charlie Wood calls it ebayahoolezon - I prefer my shorter 4 letter acronym (no cruel comments about orientation, please) for eBay, Google, amazon and Yahoo!
But he signals how in start up and SME world how little a role IBM, Microsoft, AT&T (eBay also owns Skype which is a dominant VoIP platform for smaller companies) and other tech giants are playing.
