This week Oracle said it would revise its complaint against SAP to reveal "a pattern of unlawful conduct that is different from, and even more serious than the mass downloading,"
While neither side would not go on the record, my sources tell me the accusations and responses will likely flow as follows:
- That SAP hired Gino Castignoli to bury the Red Sox jersey in the concrete near Yankees stadium. SAP's response Henning and Leo will answer every question with their own accent of "Baseball been bery bery good to me"
- That SAP helped fund this goofy Microsoft sales video around Vista SP1. SAP's response - We have already recorded a Duet with Microsoft. Besides, after his hit, we would have insisted on him as lead.
- That SAP was behind Lance Coleman as he tried to defraud Dell. SAP's response - bring a PhD with manuals of algorithms and complex terms like hypervisor to show SAP has no reason to mess with Dell in that fashion. Their virtualization strategy will do that.
At Sapphire, coming up in a week or so, I hope to convince SAP executives to hire me as an expert witness. I got to get a front row seat to this show :)
