Let's give into telcos and cable companies on Net Neutrality

Net Neutrality is back up for discussion in Washington

Heresy - I am ok with letting them charge more for high volume traffic....but in return I want

- world-leading broadband speeds
- world-leading mobile network speeds
- high quality service in majority of country, not just some high-density metro areas
- a move away from metering both incoming and outgoing cell phone calls
- reasonable rates for mobile roaming and wifi access when we travel around the world
- more choice in third party applications and services, not unfair advantage to telcos through their masking or crippling of what others offer
- more portability - not 2 year contracts, easier unbundling of 3 and 4 way bundles
- pricing competitive with other global markets
- dramatically lowered telecom taxes

Fair trade?
