Google reports a surge in search from the iPhone

Charlene Li of Forrester on 60 Minutes this weekend says Facebook may end up becoming bigger than Google...because it takes search to the next level - with customized recommendations from your "friends" not just a dumb search item list. Crowdsourcing meets Search.

And Jerry Wang of Yahoo! a clear pioneer in search talks about "simplifying" the web.

Comments

Not sure if simplifying in the context of search means make it more easy to search OR make it more easy to "get what I am looking for". ERP just plain is complicated. period.
