India blog censorship

India has a vigorous, chaotic democracy - and a proud tradition of an independent press. There have been instances of papers which have run an edition with a blank front page rather than agree to censorship of certain stories.

So, it is good to see India's blog community react with similar outrage to the government attempts to block certain blog sites in the name of national security.
