Deal Architect Inc. has saved technology buyers (sophisticated, global companies) hundreds of millions of dollars in technology sourcing while ensuring appropriate due diligence and vendor performance standards. We partner with a select group of program management, legal and other specialists to bring even more value to clients.
We selectively also work with vendors and investors on pricing/licensing analysis, capital issues, acquisitions and alliances – different types of “deals” but again of strategic impact.
